The lake is maintained by a family trust, but is also part of the Omaha Parks System so the rules of Omaha Parks apply here as well.
The lake is 390 acres and has 6.2 miles of trail surrounding the lake. This video is speeded up to give you an idea of riding around the lake. There is now a trail that connects the Keystone Trail to Lake Cunningham. Read about this connection.
